The eglu for rabbits is the modern and safe home for your favourite furry little friends. Developed with leading animal behaviourists and thousands of hours of testing, its unique design enables rabbits to express their natural instincts, making their stay more rewarding and enjoyable.
Comfortable spacious accomodation
Each eglu is perfect for up to three medium sized rabbits (such as an English lop) or up to four guinea pigs (or even tortoises!).
The eglu has a special, twin wall construction which insulates it against the outside temperature. So the inside is cool in the summer and snug and warm in the winter. The insulation is so effective that pets can happily board outdoors all year round. The run is very large with a height of 80cm (31inches) which allows rabbits plenty of room to stand upright.
Secure
No foxes allowed! The run is made of coated 3 mm steel weld mesh which is impossible for foxes / cats to break through. Together with a unique 200mm skirt that sits flat on the ground and prevents animals from digging under the run. The front and side doors are secured with recessed handles making it harder for unfriendly paws and jaws to grip on.

Price includes all food (dry and fresh), hay and sawdust.
Vaccinations
All rabbits / guinea pigs must be treated with Xenex Ultra Spot-on for Small Mammals (an insect control to kill fleas, ticks, mites and lice prior to boarding) available from your Veterinary Practice. In addition, rabbits must have an up-to-date Vaccination Card showing they have had their Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) boosters at least two weeks before boarding.
Please note that there is a minimum boarding fee of 7 days throughout the year.
