Cattery opening hours

The cattery is open by appointment only
at the following times:

Monday to Saturday from
10.00 a.m. to 12 noon
(last appointment 11.30 a.m.)
4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
(last appointment 5 p.m.)

Sundays and Bank Holidays from
10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
(last appointment 11.30 a.m.)

No collections or deliveries are taken outside of these opening hours.

The cattery is closed for collections and deliveries on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Cattery boarding rates

1 cat	£11.50 per day
2 cats sharing (from same household)	£17.50 per day
3 cats sharing (from same household)	£22.50 per day
4 cats sharing (from same household)	£26.50 per day

The day of arrival and the day of departure are charged at the full daily rate.

Please note that bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit (£25 minimum deposit), with the balance payable on first day of boarding.

Payment can be made by either cheque, cash or debit card only. Please note that debit card transactions incur an additional fee of 75p.

Deposits are non-refundable and no refunds are given for cats brought in later or collected earlier than agreed at the date of booking.

Please note that bookings for 4 days or less will be charged at the standard daily rate with a premium of £25.

There is a minimum fee of 7 days boarding at Easter, Christmas / New Year and from beginning June through to end September.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of your booking, 4 weeks at Christmas, will be charged the full rate of boarding.
